breaking the rules!

in every company/organization, policy should be implemented just to have an organize and proper way of handling the business. thus, every employee should know the guidelines to avoid conflict with the management... hmmm,, but i guess sometimes we have to break some rules for effective and efficient way of working.. here are some tips to avoid conflict while breaking the rules:::::

1. know your job well..

2. anticipate the consequences that may arise in case you got caught..

3. you must be clever enough to reason out why you did this..

4. admit your mistakes before others exaggerate the story..

5. im just kidding, but oftentimes, i do the same.. hehehehe

blogging for a cause

i miss assignments, projects, exams, quizzes and everything about school. and i feel the need to innovate, that's why i'm planning to proceed to the next level of education. sana nga matuloy. my friends and i are about to enroll in the master's degree in business administration this coming may. para kasing kinakalawang na ang aming mga utak.. hehehe.. pero ang problema, wala pa akong savings para sa tuition fee.. ewan ko ba saan napupunta yung sahod ko.. grrrrr.. nagbabaka sakali lang ako na thru blogging, i could earn money for my enrolment.. hehehe.. parang fund raising ko.. hahha.. at ang theme, "enrolment for moimoi's betterment".. hahahaha..

my first adsense income....

after two years and 1 month, finally i received my first adsense dollar.. hehehe.. pero kunti lang naman.. $100.10 lang yung earnings ko tapos may bawas pa pag claim.. pero okay na rin yun keysa wala diba.. am,, wanna thank my sponsor.. without him, hindi ko makukuha ito..(*cry*).. hahahahaha.. of course ang sponsor na tinutukoy ko ay walang iba kundi si........ tan tararararan.....JEHZLAU.. from the very beginning, sya talaga ang may pakana nito.. sya yung nag enhanced ng aking blog kaya sya nagmukhang sosyall... hehehehe.. pinaconvert ko na agad sa peso para wala ng hussle.. hehehe.. pero yung pera eh naka deposit pa sa bank kasi wala pang pag gagamitan.. baka this coming enrolment magagamit ko yun pang enroll ko for master's degree.. sana nga matuloy.. hehehehe

pre-holy week escapade

after a restless week cause by the double collection, i decided to do something refreshing.. kaya sumama ako sa island hopping ng mama ko at ng kasamahan nya sa trabaho.. nilibot namin ang TALIKOD ISLAND. it was my first time na lumangoy sa dagat na may lalim na 20 feet.. pero i wore a life jacket for safety purposes.. di kasi ako marunong lumanoy.. ahhaha.. awkward nga yung feeling eh. pero the worst thing about that tour,, hindi ko nadala yung camera ko.. hiniram kasi ng pinsan ko at medyo natagalan sya sa kanila kaya di agad naibalik sa akin.. sayang yung mga views.. hanep sa puti ang mga buhangin at ang clear ng dagat.. kita mo talaga yung mga sea snakes.. yung mga places pala na napuntahan namin, first stop namin sa angel's cove, second, sa dayang para mag lunch, tapos sa coral garden, tapos sa isla cristina, tapos sa isang casino na hindi ko tanda ang pangalan, at last pero dumaan lang kami, sa PEARL FARM... grabeh ang ganda ng samal.. try nyo punta doon.. hehehhe
